Post approval, the refund will be processed within 21 working days and it will be credited in the original paymet method in 10 working days.
If you have availed any of our festival or any other offers and purchased the subscription on discounted rates you are not at all eligible to claim any refunds.
The service charges for the payment gateways and 18% GST are deducted from the refund amount and the remaining amount will be refunded to you by the payment gateway.
